I believe when you approach productivity from a place of self-care, a shift happens.

I've always been a bit of a busy bee, throwing myself entirely into every activity I did. For a while, this strategy worked. I got the grades and the awards that I wanted, but at a steep cost - I ended up overwhelmed, burned out, and suffocating under the weight of my own perfectionism.

I started Two Nourish to get back to being creative without the pressure of being perfect and just to have fun with my craft. But, I am not saying it is easy. A lot of doubts and an overwhelming feeling about life and work. However, I have learned a lot about myself along the way, and it would be a shame to not share this with people who want a simple life like me.
